More than twenty days wasting my holiday time waiting for my first order. I sent like 3 emails and nobody answered. Finally my wine's box arrived to my hotel and guess what?! One of the wines they offered WAS TOTALLY DIFFERENT FROM THE ONE THEY OFFERED. Three days ago they finally answered my first email. It seems they run off the wine. That's not my problem. I felt totally cheated. Worst experience ever.
